Connect Jobber, Vagaro, or Zapier to bring completed work into your live account, and keep these steps nearby.

Jobber

Connect Jobber with OAuth, then choose the job events that should send a review request.

  1. 1. Open Integrations in your dashboard and choose Jobber.
  2. 2. Authorize Velocity Review in the Jobber prompt.
  3. 3. Start with payment or job-complete events so requests go out after the work is done.

Vagaro

Send a webhook from Vagaro when an appointment is complete.

  1. 1. Confirm your Vagaro account can send webhooks.
  2. 2. Copy the Velocity Review webhook address from Integrations.
  3. 3. Map the client name and phone or email so the request has someone to reach.

Zapier

Use Zapier when the system of record is not Jobber or Vagaro.

  1. 1. Create a Zap from the app that knows a job is finished.
  2. 2. Authenticate Velocity Review with your API key.
  3. 3. Send the customer name plus a phone number or email.
